About this cartoon: California legalized recreational marijuana use, with the law taking effect Jan. 1, 2018 (not that the Department of Justice under Jeff Sessions would recognize the validity). This cartoon was a reminder that impairment can lead to a DUI conviction no matter what the substance causing the impairment might be.
